Planalytics provides housing strategy, policy, research and assessment services to help clients understand housing needs and plan practical responses. We work with iwi and Māori organisations, community housing providers, developers, local and central government, and other organisations involved in housing and urban development.

Our work ranges from housing needs assessments and housing strategies through to policy advice, development opportunities analysis and research. We bring together demographic, engagement, planning and other evidence to identify needs, opportunities and priorities and support sound investment and development decisions.

We combine housing-system knowledge with urban planning and public policy expertise, providing clear, evidence-based advice that can be translated into strategy, policy and implementation.
