Planalytics is an independent, director-led housing and urban planning consultancy based in Wairarapa and working across Aotearoa New Zealand.
Director Toni Kennerley works directly with clients and brings in trusted specialist collaborators where additional expertise or capacity is needed. This flexible model allows Planalytics to assemble the right team for each project while maintaining senior-level involvement throughout.

Director
Toni is a strategic policy and planning advisor with nearly three decades of experience across housing, urban development, spatial planning, public policy and social infrastructure. Her work spans central and local government, and the private sector in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates.
Toni founded Planalytics in 2018. Her work focuses on turning evidence and analysis into clear strategy, policy and practical advice for decision-makers, with particular expertise in housing, urban planning, and local government.
She is an independent assessor for Local Government New Zealand’s Te Korowai/CouncilMARK programme and has been a full member of the New Zealand Planning Institute since 2002. Toni has also served on the boards of OffsiteNZ, including as Chair, and Trust House Limited.
