Housing.
Planalytics work with social and community housing providers, developers, and local government to understand, plan for, and leverage opportunities to provide quality, affordable housing in local communities. We have a particular interest in development context and opportunities mapping.
Planning.
Planalytics has extensive experience in land use and environmental planning.
We are highly experienced in resource consent preparation and processing and particularly enjoy engaging with communities to increase participation in, and understanding of, New Zealand’s evolving planning system.
Community.
At Planalytics, community is at the heart of everything we do. We work with a variety of community groups and organisations. We monitor and present data to assist grant funding applications and help develop effective community development policies and frameworks. We also provide experienced facilitation services.
