Planalytics is a policy and research practice providing a range of services in the housing, planning, and community development sectors.
Located in Wairarapa, we operate across the country to deliver quality outputs and insight to clients. Planalytics is now on the New Zealand All of Government Supply Panel for policy, research and development.
Planalytics work with social and community housing providers, developers, and local government to understand, plan for, and leverage opportunities to provide quality, affordable housing in local communities. We have a particular interest in development context and opportunities mapping.
Planalytics has extensive experience in land use and environmental planning, both in New Zealand and further afield. We are highly experienced in preparing and processing resource consents and particularly enjoy engaging with communities to increase participation in, and understanding of, New Zealand’s evolving planning system.
At Planalytics, community is at the heart of everything we do. We work with community groups to monitor and present data to assist grant funding applications and with organisations to develop effective community development policies and frameworks.
